Paper Title: Effect of HR Practices on Firm’s Innovation:
Assessing the Mediating Role of Knowledge Sharing
 
Abstract:
This conceptual paper studies the effect of reward, training and development on a firm’s process innovation and observes the mediating role of knowledge sharing. Drawing on insights from studies about the effect of reward, training and development on a firm’s process innovation authors propose a conceptual framework. Effect of reward, training and development on a firm’s process innovation is positive, and knowledge sharing mediates the relation of above mentioned particular practices and the firm’s process innovation.
