Paper Title: Impact of HPWS on Organizational Ambidexterity: the mediating role of Skill Flexibility and Behavior Flexibility
Abstract:
 
Through analyzing the sample of 114 respondent received from 10 different categories of organization within service and manufacturing sector of Pakistan, we investigated the scenario about attainment of Organizational Ambidexterity for the organizations through HR system. HR system can generate HR flexibility i.e. skill flexibility and behavior flexibility in the employees. Such flexibilities can aid the organization in achieving organizational ambidexterity. High Performance Work System (HPWS) is undertaken to study its impact on organizational ambidexterity. The results show a positive relation between HPWS and Organizational Ambidexterity and this relationship is mediated by HR behavioral flexibility. This study also helps to perceive the basic relationships between all the mentioned variables with respect to organization working in Manufacturing as well as Service Sector of Pakistan.
